2007年11月由华润全资控股的华润医药集团（）。

　华润前身是中国共产党于1938年在香港创立的“联和行”，1948年“联和行”更名为“华润公司”。“华润”的名字是周恩来亲自拟定，“华”代表中华的华，“润”代表毛润之的润，全名蕴含“中华大地，雨露滋润”。华润是国务院国资委直属的151家国有大型企业之一，截止至2007年底公司，营业额1149亿元，利润总额280亿元。2006年，华润接受中央及国务院指示，为唯一指定央企，负责打造央企医药产业平台，重组了华源集团和三九集团医药业务，注册成立华润医药集团， 2007年11月分拆重组原华源长富药业(集团)有限公司的全部生产及经营性业务组建上海长征富民金山制药有限公司。

上海长征富民金山制药有限公司前身是上海长征制药厂，创始于1937年成立的上海怡和药厂，早在1941年就开始生产0·9%氯化钠注射液和复方氯化钠注射液，1946年又用玻璃瓶代替大安瓿作为输液容器，生产出中国第一瓶玻璃瓶包装的大输液，是我国首家输液专业生产企业。公司秉承“一瓶输液一条命，瓶瓶输液为人民”的管理理念，一直致力于做大做强输液产业，计划在3-5 年内投资收购整合国内输液产业，使之成为一个产品结构合理，研发水平领先，包装种类齐全（玻璃瓶、塑瓶、软袋），市场覆盖全国，并向海外拓展的大型专业化液体制剂制造集团。公司远期目标年产量达到10~15亿瓶（袋），全国市场占有率达20~30%，主营收入超过40亿元，利润2亿元，成为中国最具核心竞争力，并在国际上有一定知名度、扎根上海的液体制剂集团。
